A consultant, Executive coach, and mediator, with over a decade of experience supporting international, national, and grassroots organisations to embed equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-oppression into their work.

I approach my work with a deep understanding that all forms of oppression are interconnected, and so must be our solutions.

Through Kompass, I work with organisations ready to move beyond performative diversity, equity, and inclusion work, into deep, meaningful transformation. This isn’t just consultancy, it’s collaborative, values-driven work rooted in anti-oppression and decolonial principles.
