Hi, I’m Kimmy,

A consultant, Executive coach, and mediator, with over a decade of experience supporting international, national, and grassroots organisations to embed equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-oppression into their work.

As a queer, Disabled, Neurospicy, bi-racial vegan and daughter of a refugee, I exist at the intersection of multiple marginalised and privileged identities. I approach my work with a deep understanding that all forms of oppression are interconnected, and so must be our solutions.

I bring an intersectional and decolonial lens to everything I do, with a particular strength in contextual adaptability.

Having worked with organisations across the globe, I’m skilled at designing approaches that move beyond US, and UK-centric frameworks, an essential, yet often missing, component of anti-oppression work. This global perspective ensures that the strategies I create are culturally grounded, locally relevant, and capable of driving lasting change across diverse contexts.

Whether your team is based in Nairobi, Berlin, Kampala, Brussels, or London, I meet you where you are.

I offer both in-person and virtual services, depending on your location and needs.

Areas of Expertise

I bring deep knowledge, lived experience, and practical insight across a range of interconnected justice areas, including:

Race Equity

Supporting organisations to dismantle racial hierarchies and embed anti-racism across policies, practices, and ways of working.

Gender Equity

Helping organisations adopt hetero-expansive and cis-expansive approaches that centre trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse people, while challenging gender-based oppression and patriarchal norms within team dynamics, leadership, and programme design.

Decolonisation

Guiding organisations to recognise and disrupt colonial power structures, centre global majority knowledge systems, and shift away from extractive or saviour-based models of impact.

Intersectionality

Supporting teams to understand how overlapping identities shape lived experience, access, and power, and applying this to inclusive decision-making, engagement strategies, and internal culture.

Mental Health & Wellbeing

Supporting organisations to centre community care, embed radical wellbeing practices, and foster cultures of healing to sustain impact, resist burnout, and care for those most affected by systemic harm.

Climate & Environmental Justice

Ensuring that environmental and sustainability initiatives centre frontline communities, challenge false solutions like green colonialism, and align with justice-centred, regenerative approaches to climate action.
