    I am a qualified and experienced Executive Coach with 5 years of experience supporting senior leaders to navigate complex organisational, relational, and strategic challenges.

    My practice is grounded in well-established coaching frameworks, and I am proficient in using the WHAT model, the GROW Model, and the OSKAR Model to guide leaders toward clarity, accountability, and meaningful action.

    I create and deliver bespoke training experiences rooted in real-world application. Each session is grounded in anti-oppressive principles, practical tools, and space for honest reflection.

    I am an IMI-qualified mediator, having completed the IMI-Accredited Professional Mediation Course, with specialist experience supporting teams and organisations to navigate complex conversations about identity, power, and anti-oppression.

    I understand that conflict related to identity can be emotionally charged, high-stakes, and difficult to address without skilled facilitation. My mediation practice centres psychological safety, clarity, and accountability, creating space for individuals and groups to engage in honest dialogue, repair harm, and rebuild trust.

    I support organisations to move through challenging dynamics with compassion and structure, enabling teams to resolve conflict in ways that strengthen relationships and deepen their commitment to equity.

    I deliver keynotes, talks, and panel contributions that speak truth with care. I weave storytelling, lived experience, and a systems-level view into accessible, powerful sessions.
